Is JDDIEA indexed in Scopus / UGC / Web of Science?

Not yet. JDDIEA is building a quality-first publication record and a metadata-ready workflow. Indexing applications will be pursued as the journal matures and meets eligibility requirements.

How long does the peer review take?

Review time depends on scope fit and technical complexity. After initial screening, most papers are processed in a few weeks. Some manuscripts may take longer if multiple revisions are required. Authors can track progress in the submission dashboard.

What is the plagiarism policy?

All submissions are screened for originality. We use Turnitin-based similarity checks and expect an overall similarity ideally under 15 percent (excluding references and properly quoted content). Papers failing originality checks may be returned before review.

Is there any publication fee (APC)?

Currently, publication is free for both national (India) and international authors. Free publication does not mean easy acceptance. Manuscripts must meet strict quality and ethics standards.

What files should I upload during submission?

Typically: manuscript (PDF/Word as required), figures/tables if separate, and any supplementary material (datasets, code link, appendices). Make sure author details and affiliations are complete and consistent across the submission.

My file upload fails due to size. What should I do?

If you see a size error, your file exceeds the server upload limit. Compress images in the PDF, remove unnecessary high-resolution duplicates, or export as “PDF (optimized)”. If the issue persists, contact the editorial office for support.

Can I submit a paper that is already under review elsewhere?

No. Duplicate submissions are not allowed. Please submit to JDDIEA only if your manuscript is not under consideration in any other journal or conference.

How do I track my submission status?

You can track status directly inside the submission dashboard after login. All decisions, reviewer requests, and revision steps are shared there.
